The philosophy of establishing a firm, and the process of doing firms bigger or smaller!

We should establish a firm with humans, systems, and information in many channels. And the distribution channels should be as political economies, or a way of governing the firm with sociopolitical and economic factors.

The firm is there to give work, and we should work as good as we can, with appropriate working tasks in accordance with our competence and research background. And we can travel in whatever place at the earth! But there are markets out there, and we need a message and something to sell, and hence, there is not more difficult to sell to different countries, than to do all things at home. Many are doing things as they always have done, but there is from time to time a need to change the firm to get better adaptation to customers, and the markets where vendors, buyiers, sellers and rivalries are.

Fight for yourself, and try to do something better than anyone, and make the requirements that leaders should be educated at the colleges or the universities to have trust. All kinds of messages and leadership by walking around, do not make trust unless you have the longest eduacation backgrounds that are possible. We cannot just do chatting and being friendly in firms, but we must make profitability, growth, pleasure, productivity and efficiency, and if this makes hell on earth, we should move out of hell to get more and better working places where we can use our competence, and where things in our country and in other countries are solved with intelligence and knowledges.

The firm is a nexus of contracts where we need contact with people and where we do work that we are getting paid for in the firm’s economiy, and it is not any point to work if you do not get money for what you do. And firms should pay for articles and services, and there should be a philosophy of trying to solve tasks properly, and for making the world to a better place to work, to live and to operate!

Megers and acquisitions are doing firms larger! But is bigger better? Yes, it is better if we get a synergy of human resources and the economy in the firm that is even better than before we made the firm bigger. And if there is negative synergy by doing the firm larger, there are no reasons for being larger, and it is stupid with mergers and acquistions. So, we can do sensible or silly things in the markets, and everybody has a body and is operating in a certain place.

So, firms are better off with either being the same, being larger or being smaller. These processes have economical and sociopolitical effects in the markets. Maybe, changes in the structure of the corporations make pleausre for the employees, and maybe they will have it worser, and we should always organize the firms with getting chnages that are doing things better internally in the firm, and externally in the relations in the markets. But the firm is always a market from its inside, and in the beginning there were markets.

Why should the employees go to work? Because, there should be ways to earn money both for the employess and the firm, and the monetary analysis is always incorporated in what the firms are doing different places, either they are domestic or they are international. And the markets should be open with accessability to be there, and we should follow the rules and the norms in the country where we are from time to time, and we should not get entry problems or culture shock, because people of all sizes and colors of the skin are friends of the earth! So, call anybody, and be the best person that you can be! But to get the best jobs, we need much competence and knowledges, and we cannot escape from reality, since every firm is dependent on what the employees are able to solve of the challenges that are coming. But love the work, and work as you love!
