The experiencing and the perception of being in life as Dalai Lama!

We should not be in positions of not having knowledges or being located in organizations with wrong perception, and every competition is there to win, also in the World Bank!

Dalai Lama is Tibet’s earlier head of state and the highest clergy in the largest of the Tibetan Buddhist directions, the Gelug-school. He is born on 6 July 1935, and he is the fourteenth and present Dalai Lama.

In 1578, the Mughal Empire gave the prince Altan Khan the title Dalai Lama to the leader of the Gelug-school. Tenzin Gyatso, the fourteenth Dalai Lama was put under constantly stronger Chinese pressure, and he had to escape from Lhasa in March 1959. He reached India after a dramatically escape, and he got political asylum. Later on, he has lived in the little moutain town Dharamsala in the Indian state Himachal Pradesh.

His government in exile is not been recognized politically, but is has managed to hold Tibetan religion and culture living among around 100 000 refugees, and Dalai Lama has authority and trust today. His authority is unshaken. Chinese authority offered in the 1980s, Dalai Lama to come to China, but under the assumption that he did not stay in Tibet, where his position among the people is weakened. Dalai Lama has asked about that the Tibetans have a say about their future in their country in a referendum before he eventually goes back.

He has since the 1970s visited large parts of the world, and he has engaged himself strongly as a spokesman for world peace and a Buddhist humanism with emphasis on the right for the individual to have a dignified life. For this, he received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989.

Dalai Lama resigned in May 2011 as Tibet’s political leader in exile, when he ratified a change in the laws which transferred the political power to the democratic chosen prime minister for the Tibetan government in exile. Dalai Lama and his office therefore imply not longer than any official power in Tibet in exile.

Dalai Lama is standing in the center for the Tibetans religious life, as he is considered as a manifestation of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, Tibet’s special patron deity.

As a monk, Dalai Lama is committed to celibacy. With his death we are thinking of Avalokiteshvara to manifest itself again in a newborn baby, and this baby is discovered as basis of prophecies and signs often after several years with searching. The child is then exposed for different test, among other things it must could recognize its predecessor's private assets, among several appparently similar objects.

You need, human resources are important assets, and they have to be used in sensible ways, although they are also used in stupid ways. And we should get return on asset, and we cannot be sure about any development to any times because the development is depending on the individual, and hence we can get the development as we just wish. So, curves can be made in any conceivable direction.

On April 29, 1959, the Dalai Lama established the independent Tibetan government in exile, the Central Tibetan Administration, in the north Indian hill station of Mussoorie, which then moved in May 1960 to Dharamshala, where he resides.

We should all people aspire to the positions where we are qualified for, and where we need competence to solve the work. And that the city's or the town’s wild birds are recruited for sale, we find enough examples of.
