On working in the modern societies as slavery: The restrictions that are inside your mind!
We should be free, and work as the human nature is. And we need to take care of the human rights, and all decisions that are made from UN.
Our work is a slavery if we are doing the same things from time to time, and there are no new ways of working with the tasks, and there is no innovation at work. We can be born as a slave, and we can standardize working efforts at all level in societies. And everywhere we need competence, and people doing things better, and doing work in accordance of what we need. And we should do work in accordance with our competence and research background. Everybody can be many places in the media channels, you just need to talk. And talking is much related to whom we are from nature and human nature, where we have been, and what we are learning from day to day. Every day is a new day, and every day can be formed in the ways you like!
Human rights should protect your identity and the person that you are. You cannot follow statements that are hurting you and your personality, but as humans we should cooperate, and do things in even better ways together and alone. You never walk and talk alone! Any adult person cannot define your life and my life, but we need freedom and making reflected choices in our lives.
There are many restrictions in different societies, and there needs to be arguments for all the rules and laws and the norms that are prevailing there. We should find reasons for everything, and we should delete things that are wrong or things that affect societies in badly ways. We are free in human nature, but there are rules, laws and norms that determine whether you can do something or not. But all countries should be lovely to be within, and therefore we should be able to explain the different things and the different structures that are there.
You should work in positive and including ways, and you should not do things that are controversial and under any criticism. Think that what you do, can be deserved of doing for any other person. The personality is yourself and me, and we cannot always use messages in the news to make the reality. We need to take care of things that we must take care of! Otherwise, you and I can do what we like, if this is just the good and the sensible ways of doing what is possible of doings.
We should always work in domestic and international environments, and we cannot defend anything unless we have competence and research backgrounds. What we can know, and what is things we are using to explain things just as theories, methods and data, that are things that are forming our reality. But we should also work with work that is positive and has value for many people and maybe also other organizations. So, use you time and your energy, and put pleasure on your fellow human beings, and do not complain and sew unless you have reasons for it. You should never offend anyone, but we should be friends of each other, and we should try to cooperate with as many people as possible. But at the same time, you must follow the internal policy in the company or the organizations that we are working with from time to time.
Try to think about being open, reflected and free about where to work. At the same time, you must work as good as possible where you are. But we can make any contributions, and all things are in accordance with using our brains. And human nature is general and specific, and therefore we can imitate any person at any platform that is going on from time to time, and from day to day! Try to open your mind, and find the challenges and solve them, and problem solving and drive are always issues going in our minds when working. And the grass is either greener on the other side, or it is not. We should develop ourselves in life, and we should not accept any effort to be a slave. Slavery in working life, is not good for anyone! An any color on the skin, could be a human resource for humanity! Racism is a stupid things, and the reasons are often lacking knowledges and prejudices!
