You know, the libraries in the world are important for development and for getting enough information to make and to take great decisions. And decisions are fact or they are fiction!
The library in Alexandria has been the largest in the world earlier, but it was destroyed of fire, and hence they have not managed to keep this library the biggest in the world, and there ia no doubt that libraries are imporant in addition to the possible statements that different people can mean in different camps, and what statements are produced to say and/or to write opinions that have importance in societies.
In life, you can need all your competence, all your strong sides, and you can linger all you can in breadth and in depth, and using all the forces we have in human assets, is variation of what wwe are saying and writing in nature, and one can use no statements, one statements, two or more statements, or many statements with all what one can imagine. And we should read books in addition to get insights into the human nature and in the nature of whom we are, and how we have been the humans as we are today, with giving standardizations and adaptations with messages we are saying and/or writing.
All libraries are about knowing what to know in different places in societies, and contribute with different statements and analysis and creativity in making life as good as we can, and we can be represented many places with all we know, and the politicians must use the newest knowledges about how to organize the nation in question, and why this is like it is.
The largest libraries in the world today, are showing below, and there is always much to know, and we can know nature as it is, and it is also about understanding our personality, and which humans which we really are, and what can be done of my and your choices in the future to save the globe. Library of Congress in the United States is the largest library in the world today, and there is much wisdom in the literature, and we should know nature, and explaining different things that we experience. What does really the name ‘library’ mean? The world library comes from the Latin liber, meaning "book." In Greek and the Romance languages, the corresponding term is bibliotheca. A collection or group of collections of books and/or other print or nonprint materials organized and maintained for use (reading, consultation, study, research, etc.). So, library is a place where there is collection of books, and the library determines the policy, and which books to have there, and we can borrow the books which we like, and we can take arbitrary books, and we can get the insight that we like. And life is always about learning, and having reading material on what we are doing. And any library is about a building or room containing collections of books, periodicals, and sometimes films and recorded music for use or borrowing by the public or the members of an institution.
We should love to learn and to read from we are young people, and we can develop ourselves as much as we want later on in life! There are different attitudes in the populations in all the countries in the world with dwelling with reading books, and sometimes you just hate it, and sometimes it is not the best convenient things to do! The library of Alexandria was established by Ptolemy who was a childhood friend and general of Alexander the Great. It is likely that Ptolemy knew or even studied under Aristotle. The Ptolemaic kings were experts at astronomy. They calculated the circumference of the globe and developed a decent calendar.
The last ruler in the line of the Ptolemaic kings was a lady named Cleopatra. She had an affair with Julius Caesar who used the works of Ptolemy to create the Julian Calendar.
The first head librarian of the Library of Alexandria was a man named Euclid who wrote books on optics and geometry.
Libraries aren't just luxuries. They are a key to Western civilization.
The Library of Alexandria translated the Hebrew Torah into Greek which is the origins of the Christian Bible which is from the Greek word βιβλία (in Latin biblìa) which means booklet.
Apparently, most of the works in the library of Alexandria were on papyrus which has a problem with rotting.
