On being the governance in society like The Prince of Machiavelli: What should ever be done in countries?

The Prince of Machiavelli tells us that there are two missions in any society. There needs to be some people with power and some powerless people. And the people having the power could use violence and wars to get what they want. We need a hierarchy in society with people having economical, social and political power centrally, and people other places that should do what they are told to do. But the other side of The Prince is obvious. If some people are having power, there will be trouble by meeeting the bodies not having power. And you should get power if you deserve it, due to your background and competence from the universities or the high colleges. The Prince of Machiavelli tells us that is there is no power in a society, there would be anarchy or chaos. And we are then in the state of nature, where we all are naked. So, we need governmental structures in societies, and some should determine over other people giving the messages that we should follow! And if we remove the structures of power in societies, we are all in nature with the same basis point of life.

Machiavelli could write these thoughts, but he had never any solutions of all the perspectives in the organizations, and the ways we can organize life. We should have these knowledges in the universities, and we should develop these institutions and ourselves through the whole life. And hence, we should not dwell with the knowledges to the pupils, since they are not competent at the highest levels in societies having the longest education and the most research to the pleasure of working life anywhere. And according to Machiavelli, you can never govern anything unless your have theories and methods behind it, and these theories and methods are learned in an environment with freedom, precision and diversity. Any society should solve the problem of getting enough welfare for the population, and in life we are examples to each other with giving ourselves and our own lives to the pleasure of anybody else. But we cannot avoid the importance of long education, otherwise all universities could be deleted, and that is not the case. And the more we know, the less we know!

Machiavelli came from Florence, and in some times of his life, he acted as the political adviser to the city leader. Today, you cannot be a leader of anything without having the courses from the universities or the colleges, since you should need what to do and why. If we take away the positions with power, we are in the state of nature, and we are then referred to hunting and fishing. We can live together without having the power and the power structures, but today we think it is more convenient with power. And we need schools and competence to take care of what is going on, and all education can be ranked and evaluated. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Hence, what we know and how and why we have learned what we know, can be challenged for sure, but we need to do something in the businesses, and not only do work tasks that do not require skills. The salaries and the competence levels in organizations are close related, and that should be the reality forever and ever.
