Yeah, which is why so many people will latch on and repeat it. Some with the "Build Back Better" phrasing - so it is no wonder that a lot of people who essentially follow each other, repeat it too. There are smarter ways to coordinate nefarious activities - but memes definitely get driven by the masses - fake ones more so than real.
I think that the chart above might be the look of the Corona virus under a microscope :)

Speaking of. I recently caught a study that said fake noose travels 6x faster than real noose--I don't know much about real estate but that's a lot!
