I wish I knew the answer. The only time I've ever had an issue like this was because the battery needed to be replaced. Have they definitely already ruled that out though?

I'm sorry I'm just seeing this, I finally got an engineer to check it today again, I was told the power IC is the issue and that would cost about 25% of the phone cost.
