Beach Quarantine

The latest quarantine news is full of reports that, periodically, people are fined for violating quarantine.

Nothing stops people when, suddenly, they wanted to go on a picnic, to fry meat on a fire.

The fines are really big, but the smell of fried meat is stronger lol.

Involuntarily, I remembered the times when, every year I went to the Crimea, to the sea.

Periodically, there was an invasion of jellyfish.

The sea turned into a white mass, and, you could get a severe burn with sting glands of jellyfish.

On such days, everyone was sitting on the beach, but no one risked entering the water.

It was like quarantine, but it was self-organization, a reluctance to put oneself at risk.

Looking at the pictures of jellyfish that I made last year, I remembered that time.

Jellyfish are similar to viruses, which move mainly when they are given static acceleration, waves move masses of jellyfish, if you neglect the slow movements of the bodies of jellyfish and their contractions.

Scientists, until now, do not know who these jellyfish are, and to what class they belong, jellyfish, like viruses, are largely a mystery to humanity. Just guesses and hypotheses.

I don’t think that someone likes viruses, and I also doubt that someone likes jellyfish.

Although, perhaps you will be happy to see the jellyfish in your saltwater aquarium.

Some viruses are used to combat other viruses, and jellyfish, sometimes used to treat joint diseases.

As a child, I saw elderly people applying jellyfish to the knee joints on the beach. For me, that was weird.

But, since there are viruses and jellyfish on our planet, it means that for some reason, they are needed.

Back to the quarantine violators, do not put yourself at risk, because, your negligence, this. open sea full of jellyfish.

But, every time I saw the invasion of jellyfish, I knew that a few days would pass and the sea would clear, quarantine could end.
