Excellent analysis with which I fully agree. In the world of school education (I am a teacher) we often face changes, and in any case we have to make references to the code of ethics, morals, disciplines and more. When the rules determined by government laws change, for example, technological and digital innovation, we often face serious adaptation problems that we can slowly overcome with the help of previous examples: codes and rules.
Mutual help and the exchange of experiences is very valuable just as you wrote in your article, those who do not seek help or get in the way are out of the game.

I think that this is one of the values of being on Steem, there is help available. However, some do not spend the time to build a trusted social network, yet expect help when in trouble. It is a community, it requires give and take.
