In the past days I have been able to help my daughter @ majo3103 to carry out her fifth year project, and I have gotten a little research done in my studies so I share it with you about organizational learning, a theory that belongs to the Guru as I call the Scientist, American Peter Senge (1996), he is the creator of the Book the Fifth Discipline, there are two one for theory and one for practice.

En días pasados de podido ayudar a mi hija @majo3103 a realizar su proyecto de Quinto año, y he me conseguido una pequeña investigación realizada en mis estudios por lo que se las comparto, trata a cerca del aprendizaje organizacional, teoría que le pertenece al Guru como le llamo yo al Científico, Estadunidense Peter Senge (1996), es el creador del Libro la Quinta Disciplina, son dos una para la teoría y otro para la práctica.

"True learning goes to the heart of what it means to be human. Through learning we recreate ourselves. Through learning we train ourselves to do something that we could not before. Through learning we perceive the world and our relationship with each other again. Through learning we expand our ability to create, to be part of the generative process of life. " (Senge, 1996).
Es por ello que la perspectiva sistémica, es la clave para que una organización aprenda, lo que radica en la comprensión global de la misma y de las interrelaciones entre sus partes. Es por ello que:
"El verdadero aprendizaje llega al corazón de lo que significa ser humano. A través del aprendizaje nos recreamos a Nosotros mismos. A través del aprendizaje nos capacitamos para hacer algo que antes no podíamos. A través del aprendizaje percibimos nuevamente el mundo y nuestra relación con él. A través del aprendizaje ampliamos nuestra capacidad para crear, para formar parte del proceso generativo de la vida". (Senge, 1996).

Esta concepción del aprendizaje es claramente proactiva, por cuanto, el aprendizaje es el vehículo que permite al individuo crear su propia realidad y su futuro. Supera una óptica estrictamente adaptativa, de acuerdo a la cual el aprendizaje no es más que una vía para asegurar la adaptación del individuo a su entorno. De esta manera podrá observar y resolver los problemas más profundos, ocasionados, o partes aisladas de uno mayor.
Learning requires sharing and exchanging information, therefore, it is necessary to organize an effective and efficient communication system that allows and facilitates knowledge flows in all directions. To facilitate communication, it is necessary to establish a common and operational language in the organization; to be shared by all and in turn clearly define all the terms related to tools, proposals.
El aprendizaje requiere compartir e intercambiar información, por tanto, es necesario organizar un sistema de comunicación efectivo y eficiente que permita y facilite los flujos de conocimiento en todas las direcciones. Para facilitar la comunicación es necesario establecer en la organización un lenguaje común y operativo; para ser compartido por todos y a su vez definir con claridad todos los términos relativos a herramientas, propuestas.

In my particular case, I can tell you that I try to apply this concept in my daily life, today I have shared the information of the HIVE community with my husband and children and they have had the opportunity to explore and interact with it for themselves and I wish you all the best of success for all of you.
El mundo sistémico e inteligente es una realidad adaptarse es la clave. En mi caso particular les puedo comentar que esta concepción trato de aplicarla en mi cotidianidad, hoy en día he compartido la información de la comunidad de HIVE a mi esposo e hijos y ellos han tenido la oportunidad de explorarla e interactuar en la misma para ellos y para todos, les deseo el mayor de los éxitos.
