What happened in February
Its been only two months into the new year and so much has happened both in the tech world, in the cryptosphere, in the financial world and even on Steem.
Especially this month of February, let me list the ones I can over my head.
- Bitcoin saw its newest highs at a bit over 10k
- Bitcoin also lost all that gains and fell back to 8k6
- Corona Virus pandemic spreads even to Nigeria
- Steemit got sold to Justin Sun
- Stock market crashed to the levels it was in 2008
- Steem first ever soft fork involving temporary freezing of a stakeholders stake
- Communities were launched on Steemit
- Steem reached a new years high at 0.31 and fell back to 0.16...now at 0.19$
- Splinterlands launched alpha app version amongst other collaborations with Samsung, Wax blockchain etc.
- Splinterlands also changed reward system

Today is the first day of the new month, March. Hope its going to be as dramatic.
