Crypto is Not Just for the Nerds and Geeks anymore

There was a point in time when only the geeks and nerds were into cryptocurrency and every other aspect surrounding it, but those are behind us. Hive is a clear example of this. Not everyone here is technically inclined, but almost everyone has a decent base understanding of what they are dealing with in terms of technology.

Even in the backwards third world country I live in is catching up. Well, certain individuals are. To give an example of how outdated some things are here in Suriname, they just recently made it possible to pay digitally at the government office that's in charge of passports and ids. And they made a big deal of it.

A friend of mine, whom I recently helped to set up his crypto accounts and to buy some crypto, just made his first profit sell, and he was amused to say the least. Those who know something's up are trying their best to stay ahead of the pack, or herd in this case. Eventually this will pay off, as mass adoption creeps ever so close each day.

I love your conclusion

Eventually this will pay off, as mass adoption creeps ever so close each day.

I love the fact that we believe how much will change by the time we have mass adoption of crypto. It will be a mind blowing breakthrough

It might take a while though, or it might be around the corner. Whenever it will be, it'll be an exciting time.

This is an exciting time for early adopters like us :-)
Here in America, I remember back in the early 80s the attitude was computers are for scientists and governments, and now everyone has a computer in the palm of their hands.

They were really skeptical indeed. I saw some of the old news articles doubting the new "internet fad". Those haven't aged well. xD
