Here is a benefactor rewards stat report for January 2021. These stats are generated from posts created between 12:00 AM, March 01, 2021 to 12:00 AM, March 16, 2021.

This report covers:

2. Top vesting and HBD earners from benefactor rewards

Daily Vesting and HBD

Daily Vesting Payout

There are 673 benefactors who was rewarded with 27.99M vesting and 4.28k HBD from 12.50k post from March 1 to 15, 2021. On average, benefactors received a total vesting of 1.87M. We can say that the vesting reward is lower than the previous month of 1.960M vesting. The highest total vesting reward received by the benefactor is 2.9M vesting last March 2, 2021, while the lowest total vesting is 1.65M vesting last March 4, 2021. In the last three weeks, we saw a significant decrease in the vesting rewards, and may continue in the following week.

Daily HBD Rewards

From 12.50k post, benefactors received 5.23K HBD from 2270 authors. The average HBD reward given to benefactors is 285.25 HBD. The highest payout was 345.38 HBD last March 10, 2021, while the lowest was 216.70 HBD last March 4, 2021. Since February, the HBD rewards continues to increase as the weekly average resonates with the monthly average. We can expect the HBD payout to increase in the next month.

Top Earners

The top 10 earners of vesting from the benefactor reward takes 66.25% of the total vesting reward or around 18.534M vesting. Reward.app (@reward.app) received 8.68M or 31.01% of the total vesting reward. @ph-fund and @threespeakwallet earned 4.69M and 1.83M vesting respectively. @reward.app continue to get the largest chunk of the reward pool. It is because @reward.app gives out 99% of the post rewards.

The well-rewarded benefactors are community, tribes or front-end in Hive except for few personal account. @ybanezkim26 and @trucklife-family earn as much as 0.91M and 0.31M vesting in the last two weeks. Other personal accounts in the top 15 are @traciyork, and @victoriabsb. The top earners are consistent with the previous months top earners. We can expect to see them in the next month.

There are no significant change with the top HBD earners from the benefactor rewards. @reward.app, @ph-fund, and @threespeakwallet earned 1.26K, 0.64K, and 0.22K HBD respectively. @hive.fund was able to get 0.18K HBD even without earning a lot of vesting from the pool. @ybanezkim26, @traciyork, and @trucklife-family gets significant amount of HBD from benefactor rewards.

Overall, the well-rewarded accounts from the benefactor rewards are community, tribes and front-end in Hive except for few personal accounts. The current names in the list will continue to get a share from the benefactor rewards.

Conclusion

The 673 benefactors who was rewarded with 27.99M vesting and 4.28k HBD from March 1 to 15, 2021. The rewards came from 12.50k post and 2270 authors. We can expect that the vesting rewards will continue to decrease in the next month unless there is an increase in posting activity in Hive. The benefactors will continue to accumulate significant rewards from the pool, and is expected to be in the list for the next month.
