Great article / post. I often think about how hype influences things over the short term yet when there is value and utility the projects and teams will have a lasting influence.

It is like people claiming NFTs are in a bubble. That might be accurate. However, do not mistake something bubbling for being a non-factor in the future. We know there is going to be a lot of use cases for NFTs in the future.
