When crises hits central banks run printing machines, pumping fiat currency into a market always has a negative effect on taxpayers. When they cannot squeeze tax payers they start using pensions, never ending circles of trying to show face using systems that are broken.
Blockchain technology should hopefully level out the playing fields, hopefully hackers and scammers will be thrown in jail when found fiddling in the IT world.

Yes they do. People are facing the 1-2 combination from both fiscal and monetary policy. They are lumping it all on the backs of the individuals who are not benefiting from the massive increase in productivity, at least not from the financial end.
We are developing a system that should allow for massive growth rates, like we never saw before, due to the liquidity that can be provided. After that, the reliance on taxes should diminish although they are unlikely to drop since politicians cant help but to spent for favors.
