Well most labor is boring...so I guess its where robots come in. That robot also works the nightshift so it saves time as well.

That is true, a lot of the work is repetitive and boring. It is why automation is able to enter the picture.

However, when you step back and look at it from the overall economic perspective, this is a problem since wages are going to be affected. How does an economy handle that if this spreads to tens of millions of jobs?
