I wonder how the government will look like after 30 years as well. Will it just be a country? Will they cease to exist? Decentralization and technology is taking away a lot of power that we use to rely on them for

        I would be glad to see the goverments disappear in their current forms. They suppress/oppress the people.

              I admit they aren't always the greatest and I also wish for them to scale back their powers. I wouldn't mind a government that is far less intrusive though.

                    I think the nation-state will be on its way out. The more powerful ones will still be around although greatly diminished I would guess. Some of the weaker ones will go away.

                    By the end of the century, is my guess, the nation-state will be a thing of the past.
