I don't really have a preference. The market will do what the market wants to do and the most you can do is make the most out of it. Build when price is low and take profits when price is high seems like the best plan to me.

Bear and bull markets are in the nature of the markets, the important thing is to figure out how to take advantage of this, it's a pretty good narrative. When we adjust the balance, it is possible to catch the opportunities in both markets.
