• inspiration (quotes, goals, ideas to manifest)
• weaknesses (ways to increase my wins)
• pair, entry, and target
• I like to hand write in a journal but i also like to have screenshots on hand
• including my feelings, thoughts, emotions before during and after the trade
• have an exit strategy as well as a stop loss

Your trading journal is important to keep up to date for those slow days in the market when you want to go back, reflect, and backtest your wins, losses, and your strategy.
