They could always have an incentivized token swap and reward in bonus TRX along with your new steem or something similar. Time will tell but Justin is not stupid; and he knows how to play to a crowd (who often act like sheep with the right incentives).

yep, there are many ways to do this without having to buy Steemit, which makes it strange.
