The problem I see with our ever-improving life conditions and our ever-increasing connection to the virtual world and cozy transporation means, is that we start to neglect our physical body and the exercises it needs.
The pandemic measures "helped" a lot in this direction.
I exercise daily, but that doesn't replace a life where our bodies are challenged together with our minds.

Technology will likely have the answer there. Imagine having all the nutrients your body need, personally, in every meal. It will catered to your individual needs to promote the best health you can have.

Yes, we would likely see personalized nutrition in the future, maybe even not very distant one.
But an unused muscle will still become atrophied. Unused joints will eventually give us trouble. Same as too much sitting on a chair in front of a screen.
