And for a futures trader, both markets are wonderful, only the sideways markets are a danger.
But it's true what you say, in a bear market developments arise that help the bull market to arise, so both are necessary, like the sun and the moon.

The sun and moon example is very nice, thank you.
I stay away from short-term investments. I like to think long term. Therefore, it is more advantageous for me to build in a bear market and take my profit in a bull market.
