On experiencing the high increases in the foodstuffs prices, the interests, the current development and the CO2-prices. Where should we move and make orientations today?

The prices are moving up, and we have an organization in Norway that is taking care of this, and that is SSB. And we are working with reports, research reports and publications of different kinds there, and sometimes we need the highest and longest education to take care of what had happened in history and in the stories between people, and at other times we need more intuition and not as long time for creativity and analysis going on in our education systems that are spread around the globe.

So, interest is the payment on money. And prices are there for food and beverages, and also for taking care of houses, cottages, flats, departments, institutes, faculties and the use of buildings for different firms, and many people have their offices there. And all these things have a price and a cost. When there is scarcity, the prices will rise, and the demand curve shows this. And there is too much of something, the prices go down and the demand curve also illustrates this. So, when all prices of different kinds in an economy is going up, we need more salary to take care of the increase in the costs and assets and human assets, which are in the nature with all kind of diversity that we find there. So, indicators with increases in the prices imply higher salaries, and this implies higher costs, and higher prices even more, and in addition the salaries will increase even further, and this is how the wage- and prices spiral works. So, we never get satisfied in life, since by choosing some jobs and some opportunities, we miss some alternatives, and these alternatives can be of same kinds, of better kinds, or of worse kinds.

It is the same to live and to work at some places when coming to costs, prices and salaries. But in addition to increases in interests and in CO2, the prices on current have moved up. And the problem in Norway is that we have not good enough cables systems for sending cheap current from north in Norway to the south, and therefore the prices are as they are. In addition, current is sold from Norway to other countries, especially Germany and Sweden, and this means that there is more scarcity for current in Norway, and the prices are rising. So, we should find solutions in the southern part of Norway with having cheaper current. And there is too much water in the north and too little water in the south, and that is the main problem behind the ways of making current of water. But the solution can be to use other and alternative sources of current. And the more ways we have, the lower is the price for using current in our organizations and in our households.

We can make current of several things, but the research today is that we can use water, waves, tidal power, the wind, solar panel, biofuel and geothermal energy. And we can make current from nuclear power and from coal power. This means that there are many ways to create the current, and hence when using more and better sources of energy, there should be cheaper current in the wall socket.

So, many countries of all countries on the planet, are using water to create current today. But maybe, we should ask ourselves of which sources we can use, and the more the availability of the energy, the cheaper is the current. And we can make money on the current when selling in at home and abroad, but we should know which solutions we are using, and we should ask if the solutions that we have are the best and most sensible ones, or whether we should change the delivery of current to the people that demand the current, and that is all households and many organizations, and therefore the prices have something to imply in relation to how much we have left to use free, and in our leisure time, and there should be enough welfare, and the nations are there to create wealth of the nations, and the economists’ father, Adam Smith, really also meant that.
