I'm very happy to welcome back the feasibility of comment voting! Way back in the when, I used to comment a lot more, and I would occasionally upvote other people's comments on other people's posts... just because they were good and added value. It has been a long time since (at least with my size stake!) I last upvoted more than an occasional handful of comments...

It is a welcome change and I suspect that even with the inevitable abuse, it is better. At least there are DVs for that now :)
