The high rate of contagion and propagation experienced by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since the beginning of the outbreak in China, has placed the world in a global collective quarantine, which is seriously affecting stock markets, productive industries, marketing channels, jobs and accessibility to raw materials around the planet. Two sensitive areas at the moment are the education and work sectors, which have been affected by the measure of physical distancing which forces us to look for alternatives that adapt to the new labor and educational dynamics. However, connectivity in rural areas, especially in Latin America, Africa and some parts of Asia, is another problem. According to a report by the Economic Policy Institute, 25% of people with higher incomes have a greater chance of successfully accessing teleworking than twice as many people with fewer resources, and this is due to the quality of connectivity.

In any case, teleworking is the best option for solving both the personal and global economy, so when considering doing it you should

  1. Organize a space separate from the challenge of the house to focus on work activities.
  2. Assign a time and do not alter it unless it is a strict emergency.
  3. Follow the sequence of activities or tasks you have previously written down at the beginning of the day.
  4. Avoid taking calls and non-work related interruptions.
  5. Never work on a couch or bed.
  6. Alternate brief periods of rest and daily movement or exercise.
  7. Communicate with your friends.
  8. Read nice books.
  9. Take several deep breaths a day.
  10. Pray and thank the Universe.
