The way at which technology is taking over the workforce in all dimensions is very very shocking because many companies are adopting it into the system because of it fast pace in doing jobs.
Artificial intelligence is going on a fast pace with technology adding up to take over labour. People in no time will soon be competing with technology which will be a bad luck to the individual trying to secure employment.
Yes this enhances more productivity faster than human workforce using less the to make maximum productivity. This will only benefit companies in terms of them getting to having less staff to pay salary to and having high productivity with low cost.
