Trading: HIVE/BTC vs HIVE/USDT vs HIVE/ETH [EN/DE]

It is reletively a mixed day in the crypto market. Some greens, some reds. Usually, when it comes to alts, in addition to their charts in USDT, I try to look how they are trading in the BTC or ETH market. In the case of HIVE, the price action in dollar and BTC has been following more or less the same pattern. The charts below mark the yearly: Open, close, high, and low levels. For 2023, only open is fixed, other price level will continue to change until Dec. 31, 2023. 😇

However, it is interesting to note that HIVE is trading far more between the swing trading levels in the BTC market compared to USDT. Although HIVE does not trade in the ETH market in any of the exchanges, its trading price can be synthetically computed.

To me the chart clearly indicates that despite strong swing lows, HIVE has been performing better against ETH over the last 2 years. The yearly close are taking step up! 😎

Es ist ein ziemlich gemischter Tag auf dem Kryptomarkt. Einige Grüns, einige Rots. Wenn es um Alts geht, versuche ich in der Regel zusätzlich zu ihren Charts in USDT zu sehen, wie sie auf dem BTC- oder ETH-Markt gehandelt werden. Im Fall von HIVE verlief die Preisentwicklung in Dollar und BTC mehr oder weniger nach demselben Muster. Die Charts unten zeigen den Jahresverlauf: Eröffnungs-, Schluss-, Hoch- und Tiefststände. Für das Jahr 2023 ist nur das Eröffnungsniveau festgelegt, die anderen Preisniveaus werden sich bis zum 31. Dezember 2023 ändern. 😇

Es ist jedoch interessant festzustellen, dass HIVE im Vergleich zu USDT weitaus mehr zwischen den Swing-Trading-Levels im BTC-Markt gehandelt wird. Obwohl HIVE an keiner der Börsen auf dem ETH-Markt gehandelt wird, kann sein Handelspreis synthetisch berechnet werden.

Für mich zeigt der Chart deutlich, dass sich HIVE trotz starker Schwungtiefs in den letzten 2 Jahren besser als ETH entwickelt hat. Die Jahresschlusskurse nehmen Fahrt auf! 😎
