The world around us is changing all the time and at a fast pace that it is hard to keep up. The older generation which is a few more than me are 99% in the dark and literally cannot understand what is happening. Many of my generation are also left out as they are stuck in the past. Everyone should be embracing change otherwise those who dig their heels in will lose out.

That is why a lot of change takes decades to implement. Quite frankly, it often requires the older generation dying off in sufficient numbers for change to take place. The younger generation will end this but they are a long way from the control switches. A lot of baby boomers left to go through first.
