It’s definitely an interesting time! While I don’t like to see traditional ways of the economy destroyed by brute force and coercion, the building of the ecosystem we have on the internet and more ways to earn on it is a fantastic thing. Could we have positioned ourselves perfectly to fit into this metaverse ahead of time by just believing in a place like hive and investing in it? I certainly hope so! My 500 or so dollars invested in hive has certainly appreciated well!
Let’s hope that we can bring more great ideas to this platform and make it successful. Yabamatt isn’t even 100% involved in everything being developed on Splinterlands, and he’s the original developer! That’s incredible I think!
Let us know if this rich guy ever responds. Hopefully he will!
I think/ hope so. It could be a cornerstone of the future internet and a model of the way governance of communities work. Yes, improvement is needed, but it is improving.
Things at Splinterlands will spiral out of control (in some ways) in the future, as all good decentralization must :)
