Greetings dear readers and followers of this valuable community, continuing with my publications today I will share with you all a very important news and is that the attacks on cryptocurrencies and especially the Bitcoin (BTC) continue, this time the International Monetary Fund (FMI) said that the BTC needs to be regulated worldwide and again are based on the prevention of crimes that are being committed with these digital currencies.

FMI executives stated that it is necessary to regulate cryptocurrencies and especially BTC since there are many crimes being committed with these digital currencies, this announcement is in addition to the one made recently by the director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) William Burns who said they have a number of projects for cryptocurrencies since these digital assets are being used to commit terrorist acts in North American territory. In particular, I consider that these are just excuses to try to take control of the cryptocurrency market since they are seen as the economy of the future.

It is incredible the amount of attacks that cryptocurrencies have received this year with so many regulations that have been imposed on them, for example, let's remember that China has imposed a series of regulations on BTC that prevent its use in the Asian giant. Tobias Adrian, Dong He and Aditya Narain the three main executives of the FMI asked the Financial Stability Board of this organization to develop a regulatory legal framework for cryptocurrencies, according to these executives this is done in order to provide a comprehensive approach to these digital assets and to be able to track them in their operations. Within the request, the executives presented a graph showing the market capitalization of the main cryptocurrencies at the present time.

The decentralization of cryptocurrencies are the main feature of them since this allows them to operate without any control or being regulated by any institution, which is why the cryptocurrency market has become the goal of many countries and institutions for wanting to have control of what in a very short time will be what will move the world economy, and they know that this will happen and want to have control of this market or at least a large part of it to infer in the economic movements that will come.

From my point of view all these regulations and/or restrictions that are being imposed on cryptocurrencies and especially on BTC placing as excuses that they are being used to commit criminal and terrorist acts are the clearest anxiety of the world powers of wanting to intervene in the cryptocurrency market. Let's hope this never happens, since the main essence of these digital assets, which is decentralization, would be lost.
