Those are some really great questions. I am really excited about the idea of quantum computers. Even though I know that wasn't the main focus of your post. I have a feeling as close as all of this feels, it is probably nothing that anyone my age or older is going to have to worry about. We are all probably still on course for that 80 to 90 year range. It is something we should be preparing the younger generation for. I have a niece who spends every dollar she gets that I might have to sit down and have a talk with :)

Quantum holds great promise. Microsoft just had a big breakthrough in that area.
We will see how that progresses over the next 15 years or so.
