Crypto.com have made headlines in basketball after taking the over the naming right of the Los Angeles Lakers and Clipper's stadium from the Staples center to Crypto.com Arena and the Jersey sponsor of Philadelphia 76ers making a crypto awareness in the sport.

LeBron James has made a name for himself in basketball as he would be reckoned as one of the best in the game and that wouldn't be all.
LeBron James has also great love for his community, Akron, Ohio, USA and would always be there for the kids of his town. He understands what it means to start from the ground up seizing every opportunity to get to where he has gotten to toady. A special athlete who has actually done more than enough for the people of Akron and willing to do more.

Crypto.com is partnering with LeBron James and the LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF) to support educational and workforce development opportunities focused on Web3.

"Building on a strong basis of educational empowerment, the partnership will give students and families connected to the I PROMISE program access to the building tools and educational resources needed to participate and succeed in building Web3, the future of the internet," the LeBron James Family Foundation said

LeBron James and the LeBron James Family Foundation started the "I promise" program in 2015 that has grown into 1600 kids and their family encouraging them to attend Akron public schools and providing tuition fees to attending University of Akron and Kent State University.
The beneficiaries are the people from Akron who LeBron have made promises to and is keeping every promise he has made.

The partnership between crypto.com and LeBron James will translate into a launch of a series of educational and job training initiatives about bitcoin, cryptocurrency and related technologies.
Crypto.com would provide in-person and virtual experts that would teach 1600 kids and their families about web3.

I'd say this is a nice initiative by LeBron and crypto.com coming in to make it happen. It's not just joyous but a celebration to have an icon to have the people of his community at heart.
The LeBron James Family Foundation started 2011 and since then have brought up different initiative to help the people of Akron one step forward and this partnership is the best that would make each person able to stand on their own learning about cryptocurrency and the blockchain.

"Blockchain technology is revolutionizing our economy, sports and entertainment, the art world, and how we engage with one another. I want to ensure that communities like the one I come from are not left behind,” James said.
