when you don't have competition then you get this. it should be 10/1 but it was not for years now. i feel they are one of the rare ones that managed to make internet worse in last 5 years.
yesterday i was really thinking of applying for starlink. The price is too much for my country but looks like that will be the only option for decent internet in the next few years.
