as we see automation getting implanted it might be good for the company but a lot of people will lose their job I think they need a good place for it
although I support automation cause it will make products less expensive but we need a planing

Yes many people will lose their jobs and that is the point of automation. Payrolls tends to be most companies largest expense.
If they can reduce that while maintaining the same productivity, profits increase. That is great for everyone involved...except for the workers.

Agree so that's why I think government & corporations need to come up with the proper plan to to make this change smoothly and not affecting workers
