Sometimes, I admire the digital look more. You know, with the filters and all 😅but in truth, the physical self is the real self and we must learn to be proud of it and work on it instead of spending all the time in the digital realm

You aren't the only one, but in the morning, which one do you see in the mirror? If you aren't happy with that person, what happens?
If I'm no longer happy with the person I see in the mirror in the morning, then something has definitely gone wrong somewhere and it's time to retrace my steps.
I feel that these days, too many people will wait too long to look deeply enough into that mirror to go back.
