Cladonia rangiferina is commonly known as the reindeer lichen.

Cladonia rangiferina is commonly known as the reindeer lichen.

Probably because it has the same structure as deer antlers. It's possible. I've never seen lichen like this before, and it's very rare for me to see it like this. Generally, mushrooms in my place have umbrellas or are open, and do not have an open structure like this. Great post sir @borjan. Blessing
