План Маршалла \ The Marshall Plan
Російсько-українська війна кожного дня приносить нові жертви серед військових та цивільних. Російські негідники безжально нищать інфраструктуру України, її економіку. Вірю, що вже скоро війна закінчиться нашою перемогою. А потім всім нам доведеться відбудовувати нашу країну. Знаючи масштаб руйнувань, не впевнений, що країна зможе відбудувати все самостійно.
Дуже надіюсь, що наші партнери нададуть реальну допомогу по прикладу Плана Ма́ршалла - програми економічної допомоги європейським державам після Другої світової війни. План реконструкції був висунутий держсекретарем США Джорджем К. Маршаллом та розроблений на зустрічі європейських країн влітку 1947 року.
Програма допомоги за 4 роки була успішно реалізована .
Що означає реалізація плану Маршала в реаліях України? Це і фінанси від країн -донорів і сучасні технології. Але для того, щоб розпочати відбудову, Україні доведеться ще здійснити цілий ряд реформ. Європа та Америка досі занепокоєні з приводу корупції в Україні. Тому нагляд за виконанням плану та використанням коштів будуть здійснювати іноземці. Але - це ціна іноземної допомоги, особливо в таких масштабах, які потребує Україна.
Для повноцінного вступу в ЄС Україна має відповідати європейським стандартам, і саме допомога заходу в відновленні країни може прискорити цей процес.
Також, співпрацюючи разом з розвиненими країнами, Україна має можливість перескочити через покоління технологій .
Енергетична система повинна стати більш «зеленою», потрібно модернізувати транспортну та комунікаційну інфраструктуру, оновити містобудування , створити сучасні підприємства та врешті-решт підвищити рівень добробуту людей до рівня європейців.
Українці завжди готові до відновлення країни. Треба лише вигнати ворога з радної землі.

Every day, the Russian-Ukrainian war brings new victims among the military and civilians. Russian scoundrels are mercilessly destroying the infrastructure of Ukraine and its economy. I believe that soon the war will end with our victory. And then we will all have to rebuild our country. Knowing the extent of the destruction, I am not sure that the country will be able to rebuild everything on its own.
I really hope that our partners will provide real help following the example of the Marshall Plan - a program of economic assistance to European states after the Second World War. The reconstruction plan was put forward by US Secretary of State George C. Marshall and developed at a meeting of European countries in the summer of 1947.
The aid program was successfully implemented over 4 years.
What does the implementation of the Marshall Plan mean in the realities of Ukraine? These are finances from donor countries and modern technologies. But in order to start reconstruction, Ukraine will have to carry out a number of reforms. Europe and America are still concerned about corruption in Ukraine. Therefore, foreigners will supervise the implementation of the plan and the use of funds. But this is the price of foreign aid, especially on such a scale that Ukraine needs.
In order to fully join the EU, Ukraine must meet European standards, and it is the help of the West in the country's recovery that can speed up this process.
Also, by cooperating with developed countries, Ukraine has the opportunity to leapfrog technology generations.
The energy system should become more "green", transport and communication infrastructure should be modernized, urban planning should be updated, modern enterprises should be created and, ultimately, people's level of well-being should be raised to the level of Europeans.
Ukrainians are always ready to restore the country. It is only necessary to expel the enemy from the Soviet land.
