Well, let me tell you that we are in one of the most important railway museums in the world and I could even say the best in Europe, here there are more than 36,000 incredible objects on display, right? Hola amigos viajeros hoy estoy emocionado porque visite el museo ferroviario de Portugal, y tu diras... Pero que tiene eso de interesante? pues dejame decirte que estamos en uno de los museos ferroviarios mas importante del mundo e inclusive podria decir el mejor de Europa, aqui hay en exhibicion mas de 36mil objetos increible no? es un fantastico recorrido a la historia Portuguesa con mas de 160 años de trayectoria en avance y transporte. 🙇♂️🧭🌏🤷♂️

Here we are going to travel through time with more than 150 years of history, we will be able to see and learn about the oldest locomotives in the world, even some futuristic ones that are capable of transporting people from one continent to another, of course, let's hope how long society takes to achieve that goal since planes and ships are the most used means of transport in the world for long trips! The museum is a place to learn general culture and it only costs 4 euros per person, it is easy to locate and it has parking! available for all ages.🧭🤷♂️🧠
aqui vamos a realizar un viaje en el tiempo con mas de 150 años de historia, podremos ver y aprender sobre las locomotoras mas antiguas del mundo hasta algunas futuristas que son capaces de transportar personas de un continente a otro, claro esperemos cuanto demora la sociedad en alcanzar ese objetivo ya que los aviones y los barcos son los medios de transportes mas usados en el mundo para realizar viajes largos! el museo es un lugar para aprender de cultura general y tan solo tiene un costo de 4euros por persona, es facil de localizar y tiene estacionamiento! disponible para todas las edades.🚩🚋🚉

We are talking that all thanks to the industrial revolution, within the museum there are several areas for various types of learning, from historical museums to restored locomotives themselves, it had never been so close to one from the early 19th century👀🧭
Sin duda en el museo aprendemos que los caminos de hierro fueron capaces de progresar significativamente la sociedad, gracias al avance de las locomotoras fue posible conectar varias ciudades del pais y pueblos que no tenian ningun medio de transporte! estamos hablando que todo gracias a la revolucion industrial, dentro del museo hay varias areas destinadas a varios tipos de aprendizaje, desde museos historicos hasta propias locomotoras restauradas, nunca habia estado tan cerca de una de principios del siglo 19 👀🧠
The first locomotive replica was built in 1802, however the way it moved did not have any functionality and it was not until the mid-18th century that the first steam locomotive that worked with iron lines and coal was perfected, I learned here in the museum that the first locomotives were created with the purpose of being more of a personal transport that could circulate through the streets and roads, however they were too heavy for that function, and when placed on rails they served as transport!🧠🤷♂️👀
La primera replica de locomotora fue construida en en 1802, sin embargo la forma en como se desplazaba no tenia ninguna funcionalidad y no es hasta medidados del siglo XVIII cuando se perfecciona la primera locomotora a vapor que trabajaba con lineas ferras y con carbon, aprendi aqui en el museo que las primera locomotoras fueron creadas con el proposito de ser mas un transporte personal que pudiese circular por las calles y caminos, sin embargo pesaban demasiado para esa funcion, y al colocarlas en rieles servian como transportes!🧭🚩🚋

For many these museums are boring but personally, my wife and I loved it and it is something that we would definitely visit with our children, as it is quite educational and dynamic so it is impossible to get bored, they look like big simple machines that move by steam but they were more complex than we thought and they are full of indicators and hoses that I have no idea what they are for xD👀🙇♂️😜
Para muchos estos museos son aburridos pero en lo personal a mi esposa y a mi nos encanto y es algo que sin duda visitariamos con nuestros hijos, pues es bastante didactico y dinamico por lo que es imposible aburririrte, parecen grandes maquinas simples que se mueven a vapor pero eran mas complejas de aquello que pensamos y estan llenas de indicadores y mangeras que no tengo idea para que sirven xD👨💻🧠🧭
For me, this is the most interesting and of course the most complete space in the museum. Here we see, in chronological order, locomotives from the early 19th century and some more modern ones, all of them have been restored. We can also see what the workers' uniform was like, the most ancient, things that help us understand how transportation has advanced in the world👀🧭
este para mi es el espacio mas interesante y por supuesto mas completo del museo aqui vemos por orden cronologico locomotoras de principios del siglo XIX y algunas mas modernas, todas han sido restauradas, podemos ver tambien como era el uniforme de los trabajadores, los boletos mas antiguos, cosas que nos ayudan a comprender como a avanzado el transporte en el mundo👀🧠

There are two locomotives that were restored and that belonged to important people in the country, for example, some of the presidents of Portugal and rich people traveled in one of them. In the market, this locomotive has no value since it is more historical than luxurious. but the details and finishes of the exterior are all made of wood with metal.🧠👨💻🤴
Existen dos locomotoras que fueron restauradas y que pertenecieron a personas importantes del pais, por ejemplo en una de ellas viajaron algunos de los presidentes de portugal y personas ricas, en el mercado esta locomotora no tiene un valor ya que es algo mas historico que lujoso, pero los detalles y acabados del exterior todos son de madera con metal.👸👀🤴

This place is interesting. One will surely learn a lot about railway system long time ago up to the present. Thank you for taking us to this wonderful museum.
That is the perfect place for travel together with kids. They can gain more ideas and see in actual those steam locomotive trains. As far as I know, even if it is made of steam and charcoals, the horsepower of this kind of vehicle is Great.
