There is a health crisis no one is even aware of. It affects all walks of life and especially the youth.

Are you trading in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and many other cryptocurrencies? You must have forget to get enough sleep or you want to morning-the-night and gulp more energy drink to stay awake and catch that buy profit?

Energy drinks are rampant in any country, you can buy it almost anywhere in grocery stores, supermarkets, malls, pharmacies are selling it too, and even inside hospital canteens.

Numbers of young people have died from drinking energy drinks, suffering from cardio-toxicity causing kidneys and heart failure. Drinking 5 bottles of energy drinks every day is a blatant abuse to your body. Drinking it the whole straight week seems nothing to your body, but try it 1 whole month, 3 months, or the whole year that's for sure the negative effects that is being done to your body will show up.

Parents should be aware that energy drinks are slowly killing your children. Energy drinks are worse than alcohol, it's worse than your favorite whiskey or gin.

People are not aware how dangerous these energy drinks are. Believe it or not they are advertising it so much you can now see energy drinks associated with vitamin supplements as seen in their packaging. If I were you do not believe in this television propaganda which are made to lure the public in taking these type of drinks.

Just so you know the well known side effects of drinking too much energy drinks include increased heart rate, high blood pressure, heart palpitations, insomnia, and dehydration.

Young boys and girls are abusing their bodies with liquid toxins. And not only that, while they're drinking these toxins these young people are exposing their bodies with wireless headsets, 5g smartphones on their laps, with a wireless mouse; wireless keyboard; Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Sega, and wifi routers. These devices unbeknownst to most people are transmitted on a weaponized microwave frequencies.

What These Microwave Devices Do To Your Body?

These devices cause insomnia by suppressing your body from producing melatonin.

Melatonin are naturally produced in everyone's body. Melatonin regulates your night and day sleep-wake cycles. During night when it is dark the body producea more melatonin, which tells your body to prepare for sleep. And during daytime when there is light, melatonin is decreased in production and tells the body to prepare for being active again.

Energy drinks are bio-chemically inducing what a body is naturally made to do by enzyme-level manipulation in the liver. It induces an adrenaline release, thus increasing the blood pressure and the heart rate, which in-effect forcing your body to be active when in fact it is time relax and heal through proper sleeping.

Ingredients of Energy Drinks

The known chemicals in enerfy drinks include carbonated water, sucrose, glucose, citric acid, taurine, sodium citrate, panax ginseng root extract, L-carnitine, L-tartarate, caffeine, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, niacinamide, and sodium chloride.

People and children are so much into drinking energy drinks these days, but sadly do not have a clue that it can hurt them. Parents should not have these drinks in their homes and might as well be declared illegal by the government, because for me this is illegal drug.

Illegal Drugs Dangerous On Young People

people's brains are growing and developing until they are their mid-20's. This is especially true of the prefrontal cortex, which is used to make decisions. Taking drugs when young can interfere with developmental processes occurring in the brain. It can also affect their decision-making. They may be more likely to do risky things, such as unsafe sex and dangerous driving.

The earlier young people start using drugs, the greater their chances of continuing to use them and become addicted later in life.Taking drugs when you are young can contribute to the development of adult health problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and sleep disorders. Source

Young people and children are sleep deprived staying late at night with their Xboxes and cellphones, unfortunately they do not know what are the effects of 2.4 GHz microwave frequency do to their body. Actually, it disrupts a body's sleep hormone - the melatonin. Furthermore, the development of young girls' eggs are affected with this wifi frequency, as well according to many researchers.

Now, what most people do when they need to work but their body is not letting them to? Yes, they take energy drinks to artificially activate the body's adrenaline. The body can never relax letting the blood pressure and heart rate eventually increase and will lead to complications like arteries 'overloading' and puffing up!

People today are staying indoors most of the time, hence depriving their bodies from sunlight. Especially young children who are addicts to wireless gadgets and online games who stay late at night, sleeping at 4 am and never catches the morning sun most of their lives.

The health benefits of sunlight include generating the production of vitamin D, supporting bone health, lowering blood pressure, preventing disease, and promoting good mental health. Thus, increasing our immune system and prevents us from diseases.

It will also reduce digital eye strain, so your eyes won't feel so tired by the end of the day. Exposure to blue light during daytime hours helps maintain a healthful circadian rhythm. Too much exposure to blue light late at night (through smartphones, tablets, and computers) can disturb the wake and sleep cycles, causing problem on sleeping.

Of course the are positive an negative sides of school educational system. But most of the time education has been used as a tool in command and control through hierarchy structures of power. There is fascism developed as product of education where the governments and corporations are in cahoots with each other thereby fattening their wallets but the people in the streets are starving. Education today contains more lies than truth it is a tool to 'educate' the children and young people on what they 'need' to know only - not what they want to know. By doing these things, they can then 'graduate' to the real world, but unknowingly are now controlled to serve their masters.
