Sleeping on time is a problem of mine. I have a hyperactive mind, I usually think of things like how can I solve that, did I have enough things to finish today, what output I am gonna target tomorrow, etc.

I am not a fan of using medicines to sleep.
Though sometimes, I prefer drinking a few BEER to calm my mind and sleep on time. 😁
I also noticed that when I go to the GYM, my body gets really tired and I can sleep easily.
Also, I find BIOFEEDBACK as an effective, but also challenging, way to calm the mind.
