This article is a study that followed patients with the C677T MTHFR (methyltetrahydrofolate reductase) SNP
(single nucleotide polymorphism) (homozygous and heterozygous) for 3 months. It compared the initial serum concentration of homocysteine with the last one, after providing treatment with 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
