Low-Dose Daily Intake of Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) Improves Osteocalcin gamma-Carboxylation: A Double-Blind, Randomized Controlled Trials
The following article is a double-blind, randomized controlled study that evaluated the effect of the use of vitamin K2 on the gamma carboxylation of osteocalcin in post menopausal women. It does show that the dose of 100 mcg daily can achieve the intended results
