Is Russia Testing the Waters in Cyberattacks Against the US
I hope this nonsense does not escalate down this path, but as Russia continues to fail with their attempts to conquer Ukraine, Putin will become more desperate and want to lash-out at Ukraine’s biggest international supporters. Cyberattacks are a great tool for that, which puts us all in the crosshairs.

well Cyberattacks have been done before in my opinion almost all countries try to do this like the US, Russia, North Korea, and many more
A huge number of governments have cyber teams. Most are tied to national defense in some way.
