RE: How to deal with the insomnia?

Love your post! I have suffered from insomnia for decades. I've tried multiple medications that didn't work, had the opposite affect or stopped working over time. The only pharmaceutical that I can safely take is Hydroxizine, an antihistamine, for anxiety (plus it helps with my grass allergy!). It doesn't knock me out, just calms my nerves. I use melatonin, L-theanine, 5-htp, and passionflower at bedtime. Meditation and yoga have been extremely helpful as well. I've heard of using warm milk and tried warm golden milk before. I'm definitely gonna try some sleepy time tea with warm milk tonight! Thank you 🕉️
