The idea to solve this puzzle came after looking at row 3:
What should be added to 28 to obtain 56= 56-28= 28
Thus, 3rd row will become::19 28 28

Now, we know the sum of two numbers below results into the count of exact above number.
So, in 2nd row,19+28=47 and 56

Similarly, in first row, 47+56= 103.

Following the same trend, 4th row: 7, 12, 16, 12
Lastly,2, 5, 7, 9, 3.
