I first noticed this whole project in your cross post to the stemsocial community and I've spent a couple of time surfing through the itsm rhino platform. I'm not much of an IT person but I know I can benefit from the affiliate program by promoting the platform on my social media pages. I am not a pro, so I might not be able to offer advice as per the design of the platform.
