Brave Search is Coming Soon
Brave is such a nice and lightweight browser that does not spy data as other browsers do. I have been using brave browser for almost 2 years and my experience so far has been amazing. Earlier I was using Chrome browser on my phone as well as my laptop but now I have replaced it with Brave. It offers almost everything that chrome offers ad some time back they also added multiple device sync which made things easy. It works fast and I even earn some BAT tokens every month for watching advertisements however this amount is quite small but something is better than nothing.
Now Brave has taken another step and going to launch its search engine. Somewhere it is light blue is following a way to replace the position of chrome browser and search engine. This will be a new service addition by Brave and they are claiming that this search engine will respect our privacy. In fact with the browser also claim that it does not spy any of the user data while others do.
Brave search is not yet launched but they have the option to register for early access and I did it today so that whenever its available then I will be able to use it. All they need is the email to register and they will notify once its released and these registered users will get to use it first. I have done my registration and now part of the waitlist.
I like to try new things in the world of technology and hope that this new addition will be great. Most of us use Google for our search needed however I also use pre-search that is a decentralized search engine. Presearch also pays their native token PRE for a limited number of searches in a day and its a great way to earn. Although Brave has not shared anything like this however it would be great if they integrate some sort of BAT reward with a new search engine.
Undoubtedly Google is the leader in this segment and beating Google in this race is not easy however if a nice alternate is provided with user data safety and privacy then more people prefer to make a move. These days many companies are eyeing on Google products like browser, search engine, and even youtube so its seems that things will get slightly tough for Google in the coming year.
Obviously, Google is not going to give and it would be interesting to see how Google deal with this type of challenge brings out something that keeps their users with them. These days user base is something that such tech companies are eyeing for and a bigger user base means more business.
Let's wait and watch how Brave launches its search engine and what new things it will offer to users.
