I love and use templates all throughout my life, have since I was little. So much so in fact, that I'm usually shocked whenever I meet someone who doesn't. They just seem so self-evident and obviously valuable to use.

Huge props to you for teaching people about these and providing templates to your clients. Wonderful stuff bro, #keepryzing ! 🙏

Thanks, @ryzeonline and by providing examples of process diagrams the templates support, checklists for tasks, the content about the processes and policies, as well as the consulting. etc. I believe folks will really get a lot out of what ITSM Rhino will have to offer.
