Thank you for your well rounded presentation of this irrational topic.

Like most people, I try to ignore pi. But it is like that 300 pound hypoteneuse that runs from runs diagonally from corner to corner of the classroom. One tries to ignore it, but there is no way to get around it without reducing things to absurdity.

Seriously it's an irrational topic thing, but with the number pi one always ends up going around the perimeter of the thing, and it's kind of inescapable :)
