No matter what it is you are doing, the more knowledge you acquire, the more impact you will be able to make on those around you. so always seek to get more knowledge, especially in your field expertise
Knowledge is Power but then the manifestation depends on the sphere of life you are directing it to.... When coercion is involved, you don't expect to be showing knowledge in manifestation but then... Think about when things work normally and the way they should, knowledge will definitely come first because you make yourself indispensable with greater knowledge

Everyone acquires knowledge, and they choose to do with it what they will. I guess that is just because humans are just diverse by nature.
